Our Pledges to You

• We will regularly publish information about the Foundation’s objectives, activities and progress, including appropriate
       financial information.
• The Trustees will always exercise appropriate judgement and integrity when managing the affairs of the Foundation.~
• We will take account of the views of donors, as expressed by the members of the Foundation. The Trustees will call a
       general meeting of the members at least once a year.
• If you specify a particular project when you make your donation, we will ensure that it is devoted to that project.
• If you request anonymity, we will treat your donation as confidential.
• We will acknowledge your donation appropriately as soon as possible after we receive it.
• We will publish the membership list, including grades of membership, at least once per year.
• We will confirm with the School the naming of a building, part of a building or award after yourself or a person nominated
       by you before accepting any donation tied to naming.
