OB SPORTS INSURANCE
The OB Club provides basic insurance for members participating in most official OB sporting events, including, from this year, temporary disablement cover.
The cover is provided by Marsh.
The Marsh insurance does not extend to those playing rugby. Instead a basic insurance for rugby players is provided via the OB Club’s membership of the East Midlands RFU. It does not include temporary disablement cover.
As the cover provided by both Marsh and via the EMRFU is of a basic level, OBs are strongly advised to provide their own personal insurance. The OB Club cannot be held liable for any injuries howsoever caused. Please refer to the OB Club office for details of the sports included by the Marsh insurance and for copies of the Marsh and RFU insurance policy documents.

Old Bedfordian Lodge
The Lodge meets four times a year: once at The School and three times at Freemasons’ Hall in London.
The current Master is Dr Martin Schwarz (67-73).

BISHOP MEMORIAL FUND
The Bishop Memorial Fund was set up to help OBs or their dependants in time of financial hardship. If you need such help or know of an OB who does, please contact the Club office in the first instance.

BEDFORD CLUB
Membership Offer to OBs aged 21-25
The Bedford Club is a prestigious, old-established non-residential Gentleman's Club set in the heart of Bedford.
The Club is offering OBs aged between 21 and 25 the opportunity to take up membership on extremely favourable terms. One payment of £100 (plus VAT) entitles duly proposed OBs membership until the April following their 25th birthday, with full use of the facilities of the Club.
